Wutsje

Dear all, I would like to propose Wutsje as Meta-admin. Wutsje is very active in watching the recent changes here on Meta, he is also admin on nl.wiki, fy.wiki and Commons and a global rollbacker. Furthermore he is very skilled in cross-wiki-counter-vandalism and an active member of SWMT.
