I'm not sure why am I blocked

I want to edit some wiki page, I am not a spammer (I guess all spammers say that but honestly I never did something wrong) Can someone help me and explain to me what is going on? I used to edit in wikipedia for a while, so you'd think I'll know what to do and I try it now. I'm trying to apply to a rapid grant and it says it's spam

Creating a new page

Hi. A Wikipedia-page is normally only searchable on that wiki, not from here. Is it this page that you are looking for? You have to ask on that wiki if there is any problem since it's nothing we can help you from here. "Spambot".
