Data?[edit]

@RMaung (WMF): Where can we find the actual topline/tables for the survey? I'm sure the prose summary is useful for many, but I'd like to read the actual numbers for each of the questions, preferably divided by "type" of user, if possible. --Yair rand (talk) 06:18, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Yair rand: They aren't available yet, unfortunately. I intend to get the frequencies for each question up to this page, but it might not happen until September or October. RMaung (WMF) (talk) 18:05, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. If it's "only" a matter of presentation, but there are no issues with privacy etc., please consider archiving the raw data on https://zenodo.org under CC-0. Nemo 19:20, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@RMaung (WMF): Thank you. Note that Commons allows uploads of CSV-like data tables, so that might be a good way to make the data available. It's important to publicly provide the datasets, per the WMF Open access policy. I don't suppose there's anything I could help with, that might speed things up a bit? --Yair rand (talk) 21:02, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Yair rand: Thank you for the offer! I need to deidentify the data before I make it publicly available, and I just haven't had the time yet. I'll make sure to prioritize getting the data deidentified and loaded to Commons before I worry about getting the individual frequency tables ready and presentable! @Yair rand: Just wanted to let you know that I have started posting frequency tables for the survey data here. We aren't able to post the de-identified raw data due to privacy concerns. I should have the rest of the question frequencies posted by the end of this week. Please let me know if any further breakdowns would be helpful to you!
