Hi all, I wanted to give you a heads up that, partly inspired by this wish and your votes, our team is exploring a project to build an 'Automoderator' - a kind of automated anti-vandalism tool using machine learning which could be used across all Wikipedia projects. We've published some ideas and questions that we have at Moderator Tools/Automoderator. We'd love it if you could take a look and let us know what you think!
