Design issues

Just wanna note that this is how this message looks like posted on the forum of Russian Wikipedia (in modern Vector). As you can see, the layout is broken. (Also, the purpose of the reduced line height of the top of the message is unclear to me. Note that the choice of 1.6 as the line-height on WMF sites is not an arbitrary one – the line-height of at least 1.5 is recommended for accessibility reasons ([1] [2].) If you have not already, I will be sending a note about the newsletter to the communities including tr, ig, and ht. If you are able, this "global message" needs to be translated, it should use much the same language as the newsletter. I would really appreciate that.
