I see there is some confusion about the categories and templates; here they are

Oh, I see. So, the tool depends on a category containing pages that need citations, and on a specific template marking the place needing a citation in the page. That template is assumed to include the category, so that placing the template in an article would also add the maintenance category ("articles needing citation" or something like that) to the page. If Hindi/Kannada Wikipedia do not have such a practice, the tool won't work.

To benefit from the tool, you would need to introduce (slowly and gradually is fine) this practice, of marking citation-needing places with a template, that would include a category name (not a Wikipedia namespace page as was put in Hindi), so that the category would point at pages needing citations, and the template (named in the configuration) would mark the spot. I hope this is clearer now. Let me know if/when hi/kn communities are ready with an appropriate template and category, so the tool can begin to be useful.
