As far as I know, the payment was sent during 2012 indeed. However, the decision that it is going to be paid was taken in 2011. On the 2012 GA the board failed to pass this report because of several reasons; one of them was also a fact, that this payment was not mentioned. Plus there were several other objections, all of them were proceeded and incorporated into the last version of the report. Aktron (talk) 10:11, 19 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for this additional context. But then, that still does mean the payment was not made during 2011 and therefore must not be presented as having been made during 2011, and should not be included in the financial calculation for 2011.
