Standard spelling of page name[edit]
When a new page is created in Yoruba WP for a plant, what is the standard for the mainspace page name? The options include:
- Common name in Èdè Yorùbá without diacritic marks (as users rarely type these in the search field)
- Common name in Èdè Yorùbá with diacritic marks: at start of lead sentence in bold type
- English-language name (for #REDIRECT to page name in Èdè Yorùbá).
There can be only one main page name (for linking to the Wikidata item), and another or multiple #REDIRECT name. -- Deborahjay (talk) 19:11, 9 December 2023 (UTC)
