Making a small push for more attractive pages in line with what I formerly had in mind.

• Base: Arctic_Knot_Conference_2021
  • CSS: Template:ContribuLing 2021/styles.css
• Deco: I adapted the logo from Arctic_Knot into Contribuling. In our context, it's a visual. Also asked Sarah from WmFr to provide the vector version of her computer visual, which is elegant as well, to make some tests.
• Text: alternative welcome.
• Tabs: there are more tabs here, for reference.
• Note: I'am slowly catching up. Not up to date yet with this project.
