In this section, you'll get advice on how to communicate with those who have experienced harassment and some examples of support and advice you can and cannot offer.

4: Handling reports

This section covers how to handle reports of harassment, actionable or otherwise.

In this section, you'll get advice on how to reply to initial reporters, information on what kind of reports can be dealt with locally and which should be escalated, tips and best practices when investigating reports and how to write good documentation for collaborating on harassment reports.

5: Closing cases

Welcome! This is the last of five modules about dealing with online harassment. This module should take around 25 minutes to complete.

This section covers how to close cases of harassment and how to report out on the results of your investigations.

In this section, you'll get advice on how to close both actionable and non-actionable reports, best practices on writing reports at the end of cases and tips on self-care and debriefing after cases.
