Hi, I'm Arne Klempert.

I joined the German Wikipedia in 2003 and served as its press contact for several years (2004–2008). In 2004, I co-founded Wikimedia Deutschland and served as Vice Chair and later as Executive Director until 2008. I was also part of the organizing team (local coordinator) for the first Wikimania conference in 2005. From 2009 to 2012, I served on the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, holding one of the Chapter-selected Board seats. I am still an active member of Wikimedia Deutschland and occasionally contribute to Wikimedia projects.

I’m an independent consultant focusing on digital strategy and communications, and on organizational change. I’m also the founder of WikiRADR, a tool that helps organizations monitor and analyze Wikipedia articles.
