Goal[edit]
To celebrate 12th anniversary of telugu wikipedia and use the occasion to strengthen community, organize a meetup between experienced wikimedians and new wikimedians and to expand community with new users.
Plan[edit]
Activities[edit]
- To celebrate a main event of 2 days in Rajahmundry located in Andhra pradesh.
- Wikimedians around the city conduct at least 2 edit-a-thons before a month.
- Separate session on policy level discussions we are working on.
- Inviting and discussing potential institutional partners around the city.
- Conduct a hackathon with telugu wikimedians to improve their skills.
- Introspection on what that is being worked and what has to be done in next year.

Fit with strategy[edit]
What crucial thing will the project try to change or benefit in the Wikimedia movement? - Increasing Reach - It is a new city that ever an annual wiki meetup happened. This will trigger more readers and potential editors.
- Increasing participation - It will benefit movement with new editors.
- Improving quality - Edit-a-thon works on improvement of articles existing. Existing wikimedians learn more skills, get better understanding of policies and result more quality editing .
Measures of success[edit]

Please keep this in mind as you plan, and we'll support you as you begin your project.
- 30+ new editors to telugu wiki projects and at least 10 will become active editors
