Decline reason: I regret your depression as well as stress, but meta isn't a place for therapy. The contributions after the block aren't productive either, and hence, there isn't a convincing reason for me to unblock. Also, if you think that Wikimedia restricts your free speech, Wikitravel bans any mention about Wikivoyage. The WMF does not restrict your speech, unless it is hate filled, vandalism or disruptive, in which we revert it.
