Translation work English/Arabic[edit]

Dear Ahmed, I am contacting you to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Robell and I have recently joined the Wikimedia Foundation as a part of the fundraising team. My work will be focused to a large extent around translations. I am very interested in finding engaged Wikipedians, such as yourself, who would be interested in contributing with their time to translate shorter text from English to Arabic. We will continue using the translation extension for this purpose. However, in addition my aim is to develop a few personal contacts to whom I can reach out with potential questions regarding a particular word choice etc. As an engaged Wikipedian and a translator, I would be very interested in hearing your view on this.
