NDA

Hello Alex. I'm afraid that the signature you mention in your statement is not valid anymore. The policy was modified and users are being asked to sign the new version on Phabricator. https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/L37 is the new version (although there are translations of the text, make sure it's the updated text you're signing).
