Hi. Trying to work out how we can best guide you. If you are bringing texts that are in the public domain, then the Wikisources are the place for such texts. If English texts, they belong at English Wikisource and I can help there. If Urdu then at multilingual Wikisource. If these are notable then an encyclopaedia article would appear at Wikipedia; any images belong at Commons. Here at meta, this is an administrative wiki. None of the works would really be on your user talk page, which is more a communication space, rather than a production and display space.
