- There is no any other way to find the account lost? no any other administrator could help? I used this Special:PasswordReset several times no email sent, and I don't know why.

- If you don’t receive the reset mail, I see 3 possibilities:
- The mail is in Junk/Spam/Undesirable… folder; please check it.
- You don’t check the right email address: please check all your email addresses.
- You had not set any email address; we cannot do anything.
- Note the contributions are attached to 1 account, they can’t be moved. However, you can request your previous account to be blocked, if you fear it has been stolen. --Pols12 (talk) 14:50, 24 April 2024 (UTC)

- OK, I have requested deletion, it will happen within a day. Other questions:
- All those pages start with “Open access to” whereas home page starts with “Access to Open”. Is this expected?
- “Red list&Report” page path is especially long with many non-existing parent page: “Open Access to Cultural Heritage/GLAM Rwanda/Suggested Articles/Items/Images/Report and Resources”. Is this expected?
- The pages contained some translate tags. I have removed them since those are draft, there are nothing to translate. However, when the page content will be stable, please ping me or another translation admin at Meta talk:Babylon if you need them to be translatable.
- Please note if you want to edit the header, you will have to visit Template:Open Access to Cultural Heritage/GLAM Rwanda/Header.
