Help:Duplicate parameters

Baskervill, you blocked me on azwiki just because I removed duplicate parameters[1]. When the same parameter is given a value more than once in a template, only the final value of that parameter is used to display the template. Together with Language Diversity Hub, the Capacity Exchange (CapX) team will host its first Translation Marathon dedicated to ensuring linguistic equity in access to this amazing tool aimed to connect Wikimedians.
