Re your IPBE request
[edit]I have checked the four IP addresses that you have used at meta and I cannot see that any of them are blocked by a steward's IP block, which would indicate that it is a local block. Local blocks are not circumvented by global IPBE. When blocked you will get a block message with details of which IP address was blocked and by whom. Local blocks need to be addressed at respective wikis, on the wiki or via email. Have a look for a block/unblock page at the wiki of interest.
Note that for English Wikipedia, this would be done at http://toolserver.org/~unblock/, and there is information at en:Help:I have been blocked.
Anyway, I doubt that there is anything that the stewards can do to resolve this beyond offer advice. — billinghurst sDrewth 23:40, 23 December 2012 (UTC)
