Hello Lousyi, and welcome to the Wikimedia Meta-Wiki! This website is for coordinating and discussing all Wikimedia projects. You may find it useful to read our policy page. If you are interested in doing translations, visit Meta:Babylon. You can also leave a note on Meta:Babel or Wikimedia Forum (please read the instructions at the top of the page before posting there). - I actually came from the Malay Wikipedia. But I just want to help wikipedia Fijian language. (English)
- Sebenarnya saya berasal dari Wikipedia Bahasa Melayu. Tetapi saya hanya ingin membantu Wikipedia Bahasa Fiji. (Malay).--Lousyi 05:09, 9 June 2010 (UTC)
Requests for projects
[edit]Hi, according to the Language proposal policy, the statuses of requests which you mentioned are:
- Ottoman Turkish is not a living language, thus the request has been rejected. --Millosh 17:45, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
- Manchurian language has just a small number of speakers (less than 100) and the request is ambiguous. As the request is for Manchurian, we are waiting for native speakers. Other languages can get their own Wikipedias if requested. --Millosh 17:45, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
- Request for Palembang Wikipedia has been already promoted to eligible. --Millosh 17:45, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
- Request Teochew is not yet ready for anything as proposers are still discussing about writing system, as well as it doesn't have ISO 639-3 code. --Millosh 17:45, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
Tahitian Wikipedia
[edit]Hello! I can't edit "http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Proposals_for_closing_projects/Closure_of_Tahitian_Wikipedia&action=edit" and say what I mean and I believe that I may do it on your page (but I'm not a vandal):
- Oppose No, please: this is nearly the only media in OUR language, a real language: not Ido, etc. And there are so bad electronic equipment and too few PCs in Fr. Pol. and too few money to buy one when we live in France like me (I can buy only a mobile phone; many of us are jobless). Please: remember we are not Maori, US or Europeans with their unlimited possibilities! (Eva, the Tahitian: I can't even create my account here...) 193.253.141.82 21:01, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
Translation request
[edit]Hello, I understand you speak Fijian. I was wondering if you can translate "Village in China", "Commune in Morocco", and "village in Indonesia". It is for updating Wikidata. Thanks in advance. --Artix Kreiger (Message Wall) 02:21, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
