Template:FDC proposal form v1

Hi Lusitana, forgive me for reverting your re-categorization of the proposal forms as it caused the templates to surface in the proposal list. Is it that you want all of the proposal forms to surface on the list along with proposal hubs? Would it be okay for this to be a separate list? If in fact you want them all together for the committee to see, let me know and I'll revert myself (or revert me ;)) and I'll add a noinclude to the template. I've added a link to the committee page that lists all pages under FDC portal/Proposals which includes every entity's proposal hub and the related forms. I thought it might be better to keep the main list from the schedule a bit more simple, but if you think it's important to include them all we can change it. heather walls (talk) 19:46, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

Round 2 friciton

Dear Lusitana,

It seems that the WM-HK team had some troubles with their participation in Round 2, even if they did not ask for help. It might help them organize their thoughts if they could correspond with a thoughtful facilitator. What do you think?

Thank you. They do seem unhappy with the outcome, and may or may not register a complaint with the Board members on the FDC. But they have expressed concern with the process - including the eligibility standards. That's a fair thing to bring up via the ombudsprocess. –SJ talk  18:23, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

Important announcement: Election delayed by one week

The Election Committee regrets to advise that it is necessary to delay the start of voting in the WMF Elections 2013 for one week. This delay is being implemented for three reasons:

• We have been unable to verify that the list of eligible voters is complete and that all voters meet the published criteria
• We have been unable to verify that the SecurePoll setups for the election are properly functioning
• The voter interfaces have not been translated and are not currently available in any language other than English, thus disadvantaging Wikimedians who do not read English.

The following changes are now made to the Election timeline:

• 8-22 June 2013: elections
• 23-25 June 2013: vote-checking
• 25-28 June: publication of results.
