Request reason: You do not know me and block whereas you never explained in which way my messages were inappropriate. If there is something bad or wrong in my message, say me what is wrong or bad ! You only blocked me and you imagine that I will harass other users ! Am I so terrifying ? Or are you a nostalgic of soviet methods ? Decline reason: You even reverted the warning, so you're surely aware of it. As you deny even facts, block is denied. If you continue attacking users, talking of soviets methods and similar things, your user talk access will be revoked and the block might be lengthened.
