Hi SPanigrahi (WMF), alternatively to going through the Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat process, you can ask one of the staff members such as User:Jalexander-WMF who has previously actioned your account to add the MassMessageSenders group to you. xaosflux Talk 02:30, 31 May 2016 (UTC)
