[edit]I had a look at it, I would recommend to add You as interested (native) speaker (if You are, if not not of course), and I would also sign add somewhere (maybe after the arguments in favor), that You support these arguments, and sign it. A developement version can be started at incubator:Wt/lad/, the pages created there will be exported to the localized version then as soon as it gets approved and opened, so nothing will be lost.

Shared CentralNotice messages
[edit]Hello Universal Life and thanks for helping to translate CentralNotices into lad/Ladino! However, it looks like we don't have a translation for the "interface" messages ("Hide"/"Help us with translations!"/"Show"). Translate some names for hundreds software projects including MediaWiki
[edit]Hello, I'm writing you because you subscribed to a Language support team. As you know, Wikimedia projects exist in almost 300 languages; supporting them all is a big effort so we partner with other organisations. One small but visible thing we miss is that many interwiki links in sidebar (among others) don't offer a translation of the language name when hovered. We're now able to translate 100 more language names in your language.
If you're interested, I can create you an account to submit translations on the CLDR web tool (within June 14): please send an email to ask one and I'll follow up with instructions. On CLDR you can translate and tweak many other things, if you desire; your work will impact hundreds of software projects. Thanks, Nemo 17:58, 2 May 2014 (UTC)

My name is Joris Darlington Quarshie, and I am an Outreach Facilitator for the Capacity Exchange (CapX) — a platform for finding and connecting with peers to exchange knowledge and skills on a global level.

We’re excited to invite you to an inspiring global virtual gathering: the first Capacity Exchange Translat-a-thon.
Together with Language Diversity Hub, the Capacity Exchange (CapX) team will host its first Translation Marathon dedicated to ensuring linguistic equity in access to this amazing tool aimed to connect Wikimedians.
If you enjoy contributing to Wikimedia projects through translating and adapting content into different languages, this event is for you! Join us in the celebration of the multilingual spirit of the Wikimedia Movement at an event where communities that contribute in diverse languages will be able to share local knowledge and collaborate across borders.
