- Wa alaykumus salam. Wikipedia projects have editorial guidelines on what type of content can be included on the encyclopedia. Maybe because of unawareness you did not follow the guidelines and it resulted in getting you blocked. I am not able to see any blocks issued on your current account - if you have had any previous accounts, I suggest you return to using that account and seeking an unblock on the project on which you have been blocked. Creating and multiple accounts is strictly prohibited on Wikimedia projects. DCW keeps on running article creation/improvement drives on issues that are related to its theme. Once you login your previous account citing unawareness, you would be unblocked for sure. We at DCW would be glad to guide you in the process. - I enquired regarding the matter but it turned out that I didn't do anything wrong. I submitted for the unblocking of my IP address too. And thanks for letting me in. Even if the matter didn't get resolve may I send the written article to you and then you can publish it. I wish to remain anonymous.

- I see. If this is your first and only account and that you have previously edited without having an account, there is no issue. You can simply try exploring and learning things that make the encyclopedia. If you want to remain anonymous, I suggest seeking a rename of your account by using Special:GlobalRenameRequest to something that's not a real name but a unique name of individual nature.
