ユニバーサルな行動規範 (UCoC) 説明ページ（リンク）にある通り、UCoC は既存のそれぞれのローカルのコミュニティの方針や指針[a]、あるいはメタの方針とガイドラインにとって代わるものではありません。全プロジェクト群に共通の行動規範を示せないかという取り組みです。
UCoCについて 皆さんにUCoCについてお尋ねするのは、次の (B) と並行しています。ご参考までに#資料節に参考資料を示してあります。ただし、いずれも財団理事会に提出前であり、最終案でも決定稿でもない点はご承知おきください。 |

翻訳をお手伝いいただける方は、Meta:Babylon を開いてみてはいかがでしょう? (リンク先のページ冒頭に参加方法など書いてありますので、そこから読むと整理できます。) 対訳集はこれまで日本語編集者の皆さんが蓄積したものです。用語集は頻出語を抜き出されたまま草稿だそうです。ぜひ実りある編集をお楽しみください！

- Hi, @CJackel (WMF):, thank you indeed to point me to the matter before it entangles people, I reverted myself. I am part of a group for community consultation with Trust &Safety team, and that page is a great tool/ice breaker for us to start talking to people.
- One thing is that if we would always ENTER ENTER after each section title, esp with resource docs that many non-English facilitators would also source from... Technically, that's all it takes to have tweaks to break section titles from body text. It is very handy if you have very short time to translate, and when at least the TableOfContents be in local language, other translators will have appetite to start working as they have a short list telling them the outline of that page.
- However, I wish my techie side would catch up with my ambition to have more translators with Japanese language skills/come out of hibernation. Translation activities might have been hindering why not too many input is coming from otherwise active jawiki. They made a very handy thesaurus before 2010, and I go back and check time to time.
- I wish more local communities would feel they are part of 2018-2020 discussion, when they see more pages in their tongue. Towards 2030, --YSaigo (WMF) (talk) 20:34, 17 March 2020 (UTC)

We’re excited to invite you to an inspiring global virtual gathering: the first Capacity Exchange Translat-a-thon.
Together with Language Diversity Hub, the Capacity Exchange (CapX) team will host its first Translation Marathon dedicated to ensuring linguistic equity in access to this amazing tool aimed to connect Wikimedians.
If you enjoy contributing to Wikimedia projects through translating and adapting content into different languages, this event is for you! Join us in the celebration of the multilingual spirit of the Wikimedia Movement at an event where communities that contribute in diverse languages will be able to share local knowledge and collaborate across borders.
