Para penyelaras tahu akan apa yang berlaku di dalam pergerakan dan mencari pemblog di seluruh dunia untuk turut terlibat dan memberi inspirasi kepada kita!

Membantu menjadikan halaman Fecebook sebagai ruang sosial utama untuk WikiWanita di seluruh dunia. Para pentadbir Facebook menghasilkan kandungan, berkongsikan gambar dan mempromosikan halaman Facebook untuk mendekati golongan wanita untuk menyertai perbualan ini!

Tanpa penterjemah, projek Kerjasama ini tidak dapat menjadi ruang antarabangsa yang sebenar. Sukarelawan menterjemah blog, twit dan kiriman Facebook dalam pelbagai bahasa dan membantu menyokong wanita untuk bersuara dan menyunting di lebih 240 buah bahasa.

Mengenai projek Kerjasama dan mengapa kami di sini
Kerjasama WikiWanita adalah sebuah projek masyarakat yang dihasilkan oleh para wanita di seluruh dunia, yang menyunting Wikipedia dan projek-projek Wikimedia yang lain dan ingin menggalakkan mereka yang lain untuk melakukan perkara yang sama. Kebanyakan penyumbang Wikipedia adalah lelaki - pada kiraan terakhir, Yayasan Wikimedia mendapati hanya
9% ahli Wikipedia (Wikipediawan) adalah wanita.
Jurang dari segi jantina ini tidak hanya memberi kesan kepada masyarakat penyunting dan sukarelawan, ia juga memberi impak kepada jenis kandungan yang komuniti ini sediakan di dalam lebih daripada 240 bahasa. Diinspirasikan oleh pergerakan wanita awal, kami berharap dengan mencipta tempat yang didedikasikan di dalam talian untuk berkongsikan projek-projek kami dan menyokong antara satu sama lain, kami dapat mendekati lebih ramai wanita untuk menyumbang di Wikipedia dan projek Wikimedia yang lain.

She wishes there were more women on the project to collaborate with! In real life, she is a student at Loyola University Chicago, studying biophysics and practicing karate.

She collaborates with various projects that aim at bridging the gender gap in Wikipedia. designed The WikiWomen’s Collaborative logo. The WikiWomen’s Collaborative project supports women’s participation in the Wikimedia movement by celebrating inclusivity and diversity, and this ideal brought some challenges to the design process. The idea for the logo came from a photo taken at the WikiWomen’s lunch at Wikimania in 2012, where over 100 women from around the world gathered. “Looking through our hands creates a sort of window we share,” she said. “The WikiWomen’s Collaborative is about women everywhere contributing to the voice of the world.”

Patty Mooney is a television producer, video documentarian, editor, avid mountain biker, blogger and business woman. Her Wikipedia contributions are focused on the topics of video, sports, celebrities and interesting people. She has invented two forms of entertainment: Air Poetry and the Lamp Hat Collection.
