[edit]Discussion
[edit]- ย Strong support. Also for the global mean temperature. BoldLuis (talk) 00:46, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
- The global mean temperature on its own can be wonderfully described on Wikipedia.
Oppose This project would fail tremendously with internet distribution today. They can basically get info on major disasters from Wikipedia or Wikinews. While they can check the weather from other websites including the home screen of their own phones. You should try merging this with wiki news. Arep Ticous 13:53, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
- ย Support This kind of functions of wiki contents can leave from Wikinewses, as several Wikinewses are mid-inactive. But if someone strongly argue that this must keep on Wikinews, I don't against. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 09:06, 3 July 2020 (UTC)
- ย Oppose it suppose to be with news not alone all news channel do weather just like saying Wikisport it is meaningless. Propose that in WikinewsTbiw (talk) 11:55, 21 July 2020 (UTC)
- ย Oppose Merge with Wikinews PastelKos (talk) 13:40, 1 December 2020 (UTC)
- Weak oppose It's not a bad idea, but I think it could be replaced by Wikinews. --Robins7 (talk) 12:58, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
- ย Oppose You can get this data from many other online sites. Random Wikimedian (talk) โPreceding undated comment added 15:34, 25 February 2021.
- Strong oppose per others. AnotherEditor144 t - c 12:55, 1 March 2021 (UTC)
- ย Oppose As pointed out, one can get the information from many other sites. Weather data should be ineligible for copyright, so this would be redundant.

Oppose "One language: English" C933103 (talk) 16:04, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- Well, that would be a trivial change I think; you would probably only need to localise some new interface messages anyway. ~~~~

- ย Oppose Such go outdated easily, and that's what the numerous weather sites online are for. And I also don't think this project will get a high SEO as it seems plain simple to me. SHB2000 (talk | contribs) 09:04, 2 November 2021 (UTC)
- Strong oppose This just sounds ridiculous. A website whose sole purpose is to tell you what the weather is? For weather in other places, it's irrelevant. For weather where you live, you could simply look outside (unless you're blind, then you'll be unable to see the screen anyways). Also 'One language:English'. Tell me that this is a joke, that people are only supporting it ironically. Really? Username142857 (talk) 11:05, 1 March 2022 (UTC)
- Well, it's not like weather forecast services aren't fulfilling pretty much this job. ~~~~
