助成金戦略再起動の提言発表者はコミュニティ資源チーム部長 Kassia Echavarri-Queen

コミュニティ資源チームは運動戦略の方向性に準拠しているか、活発な運動を築き公平性を備えているか確かめるため、現状の助成金を見直しています（年次助成金、簡易型、プロジェクト、随時）。

助成金事業の新たなモデルを学んで取り入れ運動のより広範な資源配分のニーズに応えていく所存です。助成金戦略におけるこれらの変革の提言はハブならびにグローバル評議会関連のより広い組織統治の変更を視野に入れていないものの、これらの進行中の対話も支援していけたらと望みます。

We are examining:

Our role as a team to support communities and the movement
Our programs to understanding the needs we are currently addressing, and what elements need to be incorporated to achieve the strategic direction
Our processes - applications, reporting, metrics, funding criteria, and participatory decision-making processes and their alignment with equity

予想される成果
