1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

In South Sudan today there is limited curated, freely accessible, and reusable content on notable people in the sports arena of south Sudan. South Sudan has one successful basketball team in Africa There is also a gender digital divide in terms of participants and online content created, so by creating articles and improving the ones already existing we shall be able to create content that represents all the people in the sports arena of south Sudan.

2. Describe your main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes and why you think they will be effective.

We shall be able to have an Editathon, and Photo Hunt with both old (experienced ) and new editors that shall be trained during the events, and hence join up during the possibility to add and improve photos, and articles about Sports in South Sudan.

Woja is part of the diversity and content creation team. He is a lead for the Diversity team, and a journalist in charge of blogs and PR In these events, he assumes the same roles as Project Management Training Event coordinator Reporting

Youths (18-35 years) who either are sports lovers or generally love writing, and a couple of training and programs we have offered a couple of these youths have shown interest and hence the suggestion of this proposal. these are south Sudanese youths mainly in the capital city Juba.

These events and programs shall be on secure premises, which are deemed safe and secure We also have a safe Guarding Policy that shall guide the instructors, trainers, and participants during the sessions

We had a couple of internal meetings as a community to decide on how the project shall be run and as well developed a couple of ideas that are being represented here on the proposal, and this is why the community has since been prepared to collect lists, names, Sports institutions, clubs and people that are notable and have them ready to be profiled during the Event.
