1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

Kwame ad I individually organized separate photo hunt last year as part of Wiki Loves Africa 2022 and so far the experience has been great!. Next year 2023 as the theme goes, its about climate and weather and it seeks to address the problems and challenges associated with climate change in Africa. This is very important because this topic has been on the lips and agenda of people and even nations and it is something which can have a negative impact on the existence of humanity.

2. Describe your main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes and why you think they will be effective.

The approach is photo walk, that is the strategies I am going to use to achieve the result. It will be effective because, everyone on the photowalk will upload his or her own picture which will add up to their edit count. New editors will also be recruited which will add up to the number of editors.

There are so many things that contribute to climate and weather change in Ghana. Through photography in this competition will promote the knowledge of climate change and how it affects humanity. By doing so we will be filling the knowledge gap that is linked to the theme.

Photo walk. Upload section Educating people about the theme of the photowalk and the kind of pictures to take.

Kwameghana: assistant group lead and will take care of logistics Zoomgh, is a professional photographer in the moment who will be assisting newbees taking of pictures also helping organize other professional for the selecting of pictures after the walk.

There are so many things that contribute to climate and weather change in Ghana. Through photography in this competition will promote the knowledge of climate change and how it affects humanity. By doing so we will be filling the knowledge gap that is linked to the theme.

User groups and community member in the geographical location where the photowalk will be held. People who don't know about wikimedia and it sister projects. Already existing members who are inactive. Professional photographers and skilled active members where the photowalk will be held.

10. In what ways are you actively seeking to contribute towards creating a safer, supportive, more equitable environment for participants?

We shall be each others keeper during our tours and keep in mind to adhere to any safety protocols. Provide nose mask to protect people from covid. 19, though people think it over. Those with disability who want to participate will factored in, where they will have the chance to be assisted and move around it.

We have already gotten intouch Dagbani wikipedia in the northern part of Ghana, Fanti community in the Western region. Participants will be selected from these User groups and communities to join the. photowalk. The estimated is 20 people but if we are fortunate to have more that that number we will work with them.

I hope to learn about how our activities are contributing factor to climate and weather change in the world. I will like to learn from the people and their thoughts about climate and weather change, what they think contribute to it and what they can do to stop it through education. I love to know if the pictures have educated people and have also state out activities that causes weather and climate change.
