Rationale

We've been working so hard to train young people from DRC. We have already completed the first cohort of training, we are running the second one which will end December 10. Should you wonder why we have two cohorts in the first half of the project, it's simply because we have decided to extend the target of our project for the benefit of youth in DR Congo.
