Funded[edit]

Hello @Gilbert Ndihokubwayo thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed and approved the grant in the amount of 6,158,433 BIF (2,197 USD) with the following comment;

The project plan is clear and detailed which is great. Although, we recommend that the team considers adding a some details regarding how you will track learning outcomes. As this is not the first #SheSaid campaign you are organising, how do you intend to document what you have learned, to strengthen future plans. Additionally, consider qualitative metrics tracking for your project through tracking individual contributions, regular progress check-ins, or even conduct post-campaign surveys to gauge participant satisfaction and learning outcomes?

Thank you again and we wish you success on your project!

Best regards, (On behalf of the Middle East and Africa regional funds team) ~~~~ YPam (WMF) (talk) 13:45, 25 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello @YPam (WMF)!
Thank you for your support in organizing the Wiki Loves Women SheSaid in Burundi. This is our first campaign of SheSaid in Burundi, and we aim to involve more women participation in the project in order to encourage the involvement of women in the contribution to Wikimedia projects.
Thank you for your encouragement and the best wishes!
Kind regards! Gilbert Ndihokubwayo (talk) 03:30, 26 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
