Hi Brazal.dang, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant proposal and for running the SheSaid campaign in the Philippines! I have two requests after reviewing your application:

  • We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. As described in question #2, could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wikis? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
  • In the proposal you have mentioned that you would also run in-person activities. Could you please follow the COVID-19 Risk Assessment protocol and if you expect to have more than 10 people, complete the Risk Assessment tool?

Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 13:47, 7 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DSaroyan (WMF)!

Thank you for your message and I hope you are well. I have posted the details about this project in the Wikimedia Incubator and other wikiprojects in the Philippines. For this project, am only planning to invite 5-7 persons per session for the in-person activities. Rest assured that I will make sure that all health protocols will be observed properly and that the health of everyone that will be involved in this project will be our priority. I have answered the risk assessment tool as well. You can find it here.

Thank you again and take care.

Best,
