Hello Jtud (WMF). I am writing on behalf of Lucas Pianta here, as he is new to the Wikimedia grants environment. I saw your edit on this grant request, removing the category for Wikipedia 20 ([1]). Let me assure you this activity is part of the set of activities the Lusophone community has prepared for Wikipedia 20, as it is part of Festa da Wiki-Lusofonia, a joint activity from Wikimedia organizations which work on Wikimedia projects in Portuguese, that I have myself listed here. Festa da Wiki-Lusofonia has two main parts: (1) distributed activities in March and April (like this grant or this activity); and (2) a get-together in May, when our community celebrates the anniversary of Wikipedia. oops! My apologies to Lucas Pianta! Thank you for catching my mistake, Joalpe. I appreciate it. There were a handful of grant requests that used the Wikipedia 20 application template erroneously. When I didn't immediately see a Wikipedia 20 identifier in the project title, I had thought this request was one of them. Hello Lucas Pianta and História na Wiki group, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request. We are glad to learn about your planned editathons and appreciate your detailed event planning. I reviewed this submission and have two requests:

• We now require all grantees to announce their projects and receive the Wikimedia community feedback in advance. Could you please announce this project and grant on the relevant community pages on the target wikis (Portuguese Wikipedia)? Community notification may be most appropriate on a village pump, talk page, or mailing list. Please paste a link into the proposal page to where the relevant communities have been notified of this proposal, and to any other relevant community discussions.
• Due to our budget constraints, we do not approve swag for all participants. Please reduce the number of T-shirts and bags by half, offering them only to speakers, organizers, and top contributors.

Hello DSaroyan (WMF)! As requested, we have edited the funding request, reducing the number of T-Shirts and bags from 35 to 17, and adjusting the total budget accordingly. We have also posted the official invitation for the events on the Portuguese Wikipedia Village Pump, as you can see here. We have also sent an invitation on the official portuguese wikipedia channel on Telegram, one of the main hubs of communication of the community today.

We stand ready to make any further adjustments and clear any possible doubts!
