Remnants of an old template system?

Hi all. I found Template:Catlst/doc, one associated template (Template:Catlist, cf. the links to that template) is a broken redirect to a not longer existing template. So it is completely useless now. Can someone (who is involved into that category/template system) please have a look at it and delete (or archivate) what is not longer used/necessary? My, my -- Someone logged out just to vent as an anom. How stablizing common useful tools so the many can be on familiar ground and have a familiar tool is 'arrogant' is beyond me. Sigh.

The reason {{catlst/doc}} is showing so many broken links, is that they either haven't been written, or haven't been exported from en.wp or the commons, which are the test beds. As to what they do, they are used to display either a bullet separated list (those based on {{catlst}}) or a comma separated list (Based on {{catlist}}), the latter being a return to an earlier format version of the former.

Whether they are used here or not, this is the project library, so international editors have a clean starting point, or place to look things up at. // FrankB 19:20, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
