Subpage for all requests?

- @Base: Yep, but actually you do not create a subpage just like you would for regular adminship. Note Meta:Requests for adminship/ and Meta:Requests for CentralNotice adminship/ and Meta:Requests for translation adminship/ etc. For example I discovered this last page only thanks to MarcoAurelio.
