  • Personal info: I am 48 y/o, I have been active in the English, French and Spanish Wikipedias not only with net articles but, also, in correcting existing ones. Originally I have studied Law in 2 countries completing 3 licenseships, 2 masters and 1 pre-doctorate (DESS). I also have an engineering degree and have graduated in diplomatic studies (history amd geography majors). I was in the diplomatic corps (I can, hence, be just, polite ansd moderated) for 5 years too.   4. Actually, this is one of the best candidates, because of his experience. We would potentially need exactly people like Makimonaco to be stewards. Fantastic contributor in the Spanish Wikipedia.
