T:49 can have link to mass account creation[edit]

- @Omotecho: Hi. That line already links to the specific section in the Mass account creation page. Are you suggesting either:
- that we link to the page twice (I think that would be confusing),
- or change the existing link so that it points to the top of the page instead of the section (I guess we could? But I believe it is slightly clearer to link to the specific section?),
- or something else?

- Oh right, it's the middle of the night for you, so you won't be able to reply soon! I need to freeze the translation before the weekend. I guess I will just repeat the standard advice, that all translators are free (and encouraged!) to translate the items in this newsletter in the clearest way they can for their local communities.
