One week one translation?[edit]

Hi, do I see correctly that as of 01/01/2013, we return to the one week-one translation system? Viktorhauk (talk) 09:03, 8 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Candidate articles too few --Shizhao (talk) 01:26, 18 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If we had more candidates, could we go back to 2 per week? PiRSquared17 (talk) 00:43, 7 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

hi? PiRSquared17 (talk) 18:52, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
There is currently no shortage of candidates. Having two articles per week would give translators more choice and ensure every week there is something to do for all languages (e.g. one page exists in English, the other not; ideally reducing overlap also for German, French etc.). --Nemo 16:27, 19 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Move Translation of the week to wikidata?[edit]

Move Translation of the week to wikidata?--Shizhao (talk) 12:12, 5 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think it qualifies as "cross-wiki/interlingual coordination", so it can stay here. However, I have no objections to listing the Wikidata item or moving the whole process to Wikidata. πr2 (t • c) 14:18, 4 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
