Simple French

Hi! I answered some of your points at Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_French_Simple_3#Discussion. There is an existing discussion on how a "simple" language can be established and one of the points is that it must be based off of an existing "L2" language so I'm guessing that a "simple" would "piggyback" off of an existing ISO code. The discussion didn't say anything about "ISO" though. If you want, I can ask Langcom, and I'm sure there would be some rationalization on how Simple French can get around the ISO issue.
