- finalize the meta report of eseap conference 2024 (pending philippines final decision on the host)

- improvement for next conference in malaysia learning from eseap con (especially on the audio-visual & travel arrangement)

- post-conference online discussion on saturday

- survey on camera & lenses for event documentation. need to see & check the effectiveness of owning this in long term

- survey on 3D printing for merchandize & wikipe-tan figurine making

- bon odori booth application for wikimedia malaysia & make vertical banner

- make meetup in perlis, pahang & labuan (follow up on UniMAP in perlis & UIA branch in pahang) to make us hit the jackpot milestone of having organized meetups in every state and federal territory in malaysia. next step shall be to make meetups in every division in east malaysia & every district in west malaysia

- to have among us to become admin for ms.wikisource & also for en.wikipedia & commons

- get the student club at UIA running to help the upcoming 2 conferences if confirmed

- find topics in en.wikipedia for UTAR wikipedia training including zh.wikipedia (chinese) editing

- raise concern to WMF on how to keep track on progress by meetup participants for wikimedia projects who are still in incubation

- deciding on the possible HQ location for wikimedia malaysia & eseap hub

- logo standardization of all 'subsidiaries' of wikimedia malaysia (e.g. wiki uni clubs etc) & ensure their creative commons 4.0 compliance

- approach UTP & Petronas for wikimedia event outreach

- make manual of styles for dtp.wikipedia (bajau sama) which is still in incubator

- we all agreed that 2010 vector legacy display in wikipedia is still better for Editing-purpose workshop than 2022 vector. 2022 vector is good only for reading/navigating articles

- more collaboration with wikimedia japan in terms of editor exchange & with those with high level of japanese proficiency (to support en, ms & ja.wikipedia)

- the effectiveness of event coordinator rights in conducting wikimedia workshop including in the dashboard

- dividing task of maintaining bilateral relations between wikimedia malaysia & other country affiliates (wafiq for relations with bangladesh, me for relations with taiwan & mongolia, taufik & me for relations with indonesia, zulfandi for relations with brunei)
