Wikipedia Asian Month 2019/WAM2019 postcards and certification deliver progress (for tracking)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our supporting Affiliate - Wikimedia Taiwan cannot send anything through international postal systems to several countries at this moment. This table from the Taiwanese postal system website shows which countries the international postal system are opened for Taiwan.

↑ Except for Hawaii, Guam and other territories of the United States. ↑ ^a ^b ^c ^d ^e ^f ^g ^h ⁱ Please noted that only EMS service is available to Australia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, Belgium, New Zealand, Cambodia and Canada. There is a huge price difference between regular international post and EMS. The regular international one is 13 NTD and the EMS one is 240~520 NTD. (This is the price for one postcard.) WAM don't have enough grant to pay for the expensive EMS, so our strategy is waiting for the regular international post reopened.

If you haven't received the postcard for 2019, please check your countries' names on this table or not. If your countries' name are on the deliver progress section on the meta page but you didn't receive postcards, please contact WAM team by emailing info@asianmonth.wiki. (To reduce misunderstanding, please contact us in English).

Our partner will send out the postcards once the international postal system of your countries reopened again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
