I provided the code (sed, @Danmichaelo: converted it to php), and Danmichaelo, the developer of CropTool, is working on a website/Userinterface to run the code, see c:User_talk:Danmichaelo#I_would_like_to_expand_CropTool_with_svg-support for details.
