A. The changes we are bringing for the project, "Celebrate 'Africa Create' Through the Lens: Wiki Loves Africa 2024 in Northern Nigeria," are summarized as:

The planned activities for "Celebrate 'Africa Create' Through the Lens: Wiki Loves Africa 2024 in Northern Nigeria" includes:
Northern Nigeria comprises of 3 geo-political zones namely; Northwest, Northcentral and Northeast. We plan to have a photo-hunt to prominent state in each of the zones. In "Northwest" we will visit "kano state" as they have prominent places needed to be documented in global knowledge source as it is termed as the "Center of Commerce", in North Central we will have a photo-walk in "Niger state" since it is the state with largest land space with vast man-made activities. It is term as the "power state" while in North East we will have a photowalk in "Maiduguri" since fewer information on the culture and heritage of the north east people of Nigeria is documented. That is why we made a team that comprises of people of this region who will aid the project actualization as their roles is clearly indicated in question 8 below.
- 1. Photography Workshops: Organize photography workshops in various locations in Northern Nigeria (Northwest, Northeast and Northcentral). These workshops aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to capture creative and innovative aspects of their communities. Because of such we made a team that are located at the various locations as follows:
Northwest we have (787IYO, Hajjo30 and Galdiz), Northcentral we have ( Misbahu Umar) who is currently contributing to the Nupe incubator and (Mohammadbama123) who is an administrator in incubator and the co-founder kanuri Wikimedians User Group will represent (Northeast) respectively.
- 2. Local Community Engagement: Engage with local communities in Northern Nigeria to raise awareness about the project and encourage them to participate in photography and Wikimedia activities.
- 3. Documentation: We will document the progress and outcomes of the project through reports, social media handles so as to share the experience and insights with a wider audience.

Project lead (Username: 787IYO): He will lead the overall project development and implementation activities, facilitate access to the areas targeted by this project, ensuring compliance to the grant commitments and reporting to the Project on progress and status of campaign. He is among the co-founders of "Kiwix Wikimedians User Group" (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Kiwix_Wikimedians_User_Group) and have organized various projects including:(https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_as_an_educational_enhancer_for_gender_equality), (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/African_Day_with_Teachers_in_enhancing_Gender_Equality) and is part of many successful projects like the (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Programs/Wikimedia_Community_Fund/Rapid_Fund/Kanuri_Wikipedia_Awareness_in_Borno_state,_Nigeria._(ID:_22192426). B. Co-organizer 1 (Username:Hajjo30): She will be in charge of partnership. Her role is to mobilize people around the project, co-train interested participants in the campaign.
