  1. Add or improve content about notable people in various sectors in Rwanda,who have have disabilities(PWDs)
  2. Recruit new editors (People with Physical disabilities)
  3. Engage existing editors

1. What content will the contest focus on, and why is it important to your community?

This porject will focus on recruiting new editors, who have physical disabilities in Rwanda, and creating/Improving content on notbale Rwandan people with Disabilities(PWDs).This project is very important to our community and the entire movement, since it aims at embrancing inclusisivity with in the movement.

2. How have you let relevant Wikimedia communities know about this proposal? You are required to provide links to on-wiki pages to inform these communities about your proposed work. Examples of places where this can be done include community discussion pages, affiliate discussion pages, or relevant project talk pages.
You may also provide information about external social media channels you may be using.

3. How will you let participants know about the contest? In what ways will you be communicating with them?
For example, these can include on-wiki spaces, social media channels, mailing lists, messaging apps, or physical/online gatherings.

4. How will you judge the contest and award prizes?
Note: Grantees, judges, and other contest leaders are ineligible to receive prizes. Grantees who are serving as judges may not receive gifts through grant funding.

Basing on the previous successes of other projects , we are sure that this will successd as well.

BREAFAST & LUNCH 40 15(2) $ 1200 This will carter for Breakfast and lunch for the participants(35) and the organizing team(5) for the 2 days edit-a-thon.
Accomodation 21 $60 $1,260 This will cover accomodation costs for the 20(4 people per province) participants from 4 provinces and 1 member from the organizing team who will stay in kigali for a two days,to avoid movement burden to the PWDS.
t-shirts 40 $8 $320 This will carter for t-shirts to the participants and the organizing team.
Facemaks and hand sanitizer 40 $40 This will carter for Facemaks and hand sanitizer to the participants and the organizing team as we observing the OSPS
Internet costs 2 $100 $200 This will cover the edit-a-thons, individual editing sessions and virtual sessions for both participants and the organizing team
Transport costs 40 $20 $800 This will cover transport fares to the participants and the organizing team from different parts of the country to kigali(event venue).
Contingency Amount 1 $30 $30 Unforeseen expenses.
