Some thoughts[edit]

The project is written in such a technical language and is so narrowly focused that I am not sure about its chances. I think that a better explanation of why this proposal is necessary (in plain language) is warranted. Ruslik (talk) 08:33, 9 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
