مجموعة عمل تطوير القيادات/مجموعة العمل
جرى تشكيل مجموعة العمل في مايو 2022 من خلال عملية تقديم مفتوحة. جرى مراجعة الطلبات بشكل مجهول من قبل لجنة من أعضاء المجتمع (4) وطاقم ويكيميديا (2). تضم المجموعة 16 يمثلون مناطق ومجتمعات وخبرات مختلفة. سيكون لأعضاء المجموعة فترة مدتها عام واحد ويجري دعمهم من قبل ميسر المجموعة.

في عام 2021، شاركت في قيادة مبادرة لتوثيق وحفظ اللغات النيجيرية التي لم يجري كتابتها في المدارس. جرى إنشاء أكثر من 50 جهازًا سمعيًا بصريًا في المرحلة الأولى. أنا إداري في Yoruba Wikipedia، وعضو في لجنة Wiki Indaba التوجيهية (WISCOM)، وعضو سابق في لجنة منح المشاركة الفردية ولجنة منح المشروع.

| Donia Domiaty (دنيا) | العربية والإنجليزية | "القيادة هي القدرة على ترجمة الرؤية إلى واقع." وارن بنيس. في أي مجتمع، إذا كنا طموحين لتطويره، أعتقد أن الخطوة الأولى هي بناء القادة! أنا دنيا دمياطي. طالبة طب مصرية. انضممت إلى ويكيبيديا العربية لأول مرة في فبراير 2019. وبحلول نهاية عام 2019، كنت قد أنشأت أكثر من 100 مقال؛ أكثرهم في مجال الطب. شاركت في Wikimania 2021 الافتراضية بجلستين؛ كانت أحدهما جلسة فردية. أنا عضو في العديد من مجموعات المستخدمين، فزت بالعديد من المسابقات، ومنظم للعديد من مسابقات التحرير والتصوير سواء كانت محلية في مصر أو في جميع أنحاء المجتمع العربي بأكمله. على الرغم من كوني طالبة طب تبلغ من العمر 21 عامًا، إلا أنني أمتلك خبرة 3 سنوات في قيادة المجموعات داخل وخارج مشاريع ويكي.
فيما يتعلق بمشاريع الويكي، قمت بتأسيس وإدارة مشروع المحرر الويكيبيدي، وهو مشروع يصل إلى جميع الدول العربية من خلال ورش عمل عبر الإنترنت وتحرير المزيد من المتطوعين للمشاركة والتحرير على ويكيبيديا العربية ومعرفة المزيد عن المشاريع الشقيقة، خلال العامين الماضيين، قُدت مشروعي وحاولت أن أجعل بعض المشاركين قادة للمبادرات والأحداث المتعلقة بالمشروع. على الجانب الآخر، في العديد من المجتمعات بخلاف مجتمع ويكيميديا، رُشحت لمنصب رئيس قسم الموارد البشرية في العديد من المشاريع داخل أو خارج جامعتي. كوني مديرًا للموارد البشرية لفترة طويلة جعلني أتعامل مع العديد من القادة في العديد من المجالات، مما ساعدني على تحسين مهاراتي القيادية والتفاوضية، وهذا ما ألهمني أن القيادة هي مهارة مكتسبة ويمكن لأي شخص اكتسابها من خلال العمل على نفسه.

| Anthony B. Diaz (Kunokuno) | Central Bikol, Tagalog, English | I am a Filipino Wikimedian based in Bicol, Camarines Sur. I am known as Kunokuno on Wikimedia projects. I edit on our local language Wikiprojects such as Wikipedia, Wiktionary, and Wikiquote. For now, our local incubator projects are my primary focus. I co-founded Wiki Advocates Philippines, and part of my role is to integrate the Art+Feminism objectives by which I also have the role as a Network Organizer. As one of the group's leaders, I focused on honing the skills of young volunteer members to be future campaign organizers and eventually handle the user group we created. I have been conducting Art+Feminism campaigns for three years to bridge the gap in several Wikimedia projects. Aside from that, I also ran edit-a-thons on our Wiktionary to preserve our local language. I am also a part of the Regional Grants Committee for the ESEAP Region for a year now. I believe that the skills I have acquired as a community organizer and as part of an important committee in the WMF would help me to contribute to the Leadership Development Working Group. |

As one of the members of Wikimedia RU, I have organized and conducted several wiki expeditions and wiki tours in Russia and other countries. I have interacted with different bodies of state power, local government, commercial and non-commercial organizations, and private persons to transfer their resources to free licenses, and increase their integration into Wikipedia. First and foremost, I work on Wikimedia projects in Russian, and in languages of the peoples of Russia and the former Soviet Union. There is a desire and time to develop the Wikimedia movement in North Asia and Central Asia, and the rest will follow. I am motivated by the opportunity to improve and develop my skills and competencies for better participation in the Wikimedia Movement, to be more useful and more effective to the community and the Wikimedia Foundation. |

I am active editor of Punjabi Wikipedia since 2015. I am a contact person of Punjabi Wikimedians User Group and admin on Punjabi Wikipedia. I have participated and conducted many activities. I am also leading and coordinating a few projects in volunteer capacity. Nowadays, I am trying to focus that others who are long time Wikimedians come forward and take a lead on their own. This is very much needed to secure the sustainability of the movement; especially for the underrepresented communities, this can be a game-changer. The process of leadership development may vary due to the social and geographical context of any target Wikimedia community, I’m very much interested to learn about different Wikimedia communities from all over the world and working with them closely to identify the scopes and processes to develop leadership there and for the same reason, I considered joining the Leadership Development Working Group. |
