Agenda

The meetup is proposed to be held for the purpose of:-

1. inviting members to consider and, if thought fit, pass the annual report, which shall be passed by a special resolution with 75% or more approvals from attended members;
2. election of the board, which the term of office shall be 2 years from 30 November 2023 to 1 October 2025;
3. AOB.
