New Nominations

Note: Manual process that should be replaced by a bot

1. Check the new nominations category
2. Transclude new nomination to Merchandise_giveaways/Nominations
3. Notify user

Closing Nominations

1. Leave nomination for minimum of two weeks
2. Make sure the user is still eligible
   1. It's not a self nomination.
   2. The user is not vote swapping with other nominated users.
   3. Does the user meet the minimum requirements.
3. Make sure the voters meet the minimum requirements
4. Mark nomination as successful or not successful
5. Change category from open to approved or declined.
6. Remove nomination from Merchandise_giveaways/Nominations
7. Notify user

Post the following on the user's main project talk page:
